What counts as a clinic?
One location with its own staff, queue and patients. In the app, one clinic under your organisation.
We have more than one clinic.
Each clinic is Rs. 1,000 a month. All of them sit under one organisation, with one audit log.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes. Rs. 9,000 a year per clinic, paid once, which is 25% less than twelve months at Rs. 1,000. The free months come first either way.
Do we pay per doctor or per user?
No. The price is flat per clinic, whatever the number of doctors and staff.
What happens if we stop?
Tell us and billing stops. Nothing is charged during the free months.
Is our data ours? Can we take it with us?
Yes. Your clinic owns its records. If you leave, ask us and we will hand over an export.
